"This is and easy to use and effective whitening gel that can be applied in several ways. I find using my forefinger the easiest way, though not listed for this purpose. The trick buried in the directions is to apply to the teeth, let is sit for at least 5 minutes (or more), and then brush the teeth and then rinse it off and out.
I noticed a difference within a day or so, getting better with use. 2 oz will easily last far more than a few weeks, as a really small amount is used each time. I
